Practically the worst customer experience I've ever had. To summarize my experience, once I paid my initial $1000 deposit and documentation fees, I became this law firm's lowest priority. The initial estimate for completion of an uncontested divorce, with my wife as a willing participant was set at 30 days by the head of this law firm. 90+ days later the divorce still has not been completed. During the past 60 days I have had to call 3 times to get an update on my property settlement agreement. Don't even get me started on the emails and phone calls it took to get the divorce petition filed. Each time I called, I was told that they were about to call me and that they will have it done soon. When I finally tell the law firm how dissatisfied I am and demand that they call me, all they do is send me an email with the long overdue paperwork and ask me to call them if I have any questions. I can only imagine how long this law firm would have taken if the divorce had actually been contested and children had been involved. I've had to hire another lawyer to complete the process as this one just couldn't seem to get it together.
