If you are in need of legal aid, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I find it extremely hard to believe Mr. Dupree not only graduated, but even attended law school after seeing him "in action." He displays no care, minimal knowledge, and total ambiguity. I was under the impressions lawyers had to show up to court, I guess he proved me wrong there.

Mr Dupree took our case in the summer of 2017, stating Mr Schaefer would be our lawyer as he was the land guy. First lie- never saw Mr Schaefer and when we asked what was going on, when will we meet with Mr Schaefer, Mr Dupree stated that Mr Schaefer left the firm. We TOLD Mr. Dupree in early 2019 we were getting threats and were frightened for our safely. Did NOTHING- just dismissed it. We went to mediation while Mr Dupree sat silent never said one word letting us stumble around being browbeaten by the “mediator “ a man who introduced himself as “ The Asshole who was here to solve our mess!” Most unprofessional display of the GOOD OLE BOYS JUSTICE- or lack of! Well 2 weeks if that after the debacle they call mediation, he filed to drop our case after spending 1500.00, without a breakdown or bill, After he negotiated a 4700.00 bill for a survey of 2 lines- NOT the entire property, as we discussed, with the man he claimed was his “good friend”.
RUN ....don’t walk to a lawyer who wants to help you not just take 6000.00 and give you nothing but more problems than you originally had.

Sad news is Hart County Judicial System just let him walk - no questions asked.
