One of the best firms in Bowling Green in my opinion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I've known David Broderick for years and he has represented my immediate family and we were very pleased with his knowledge and expertise in the court room. I would recommend this firm for any of your needs for an attorney.

Went above and beyond, worked a couple of cases and took care of some other legal issues I needed taken care of afterwards... not only got the results I hoped for, actually turned out better than I could have dreamed of. This was a few years back now, but Kevin and Taylor were an all-stars, in total control, kept me up to date and informed, saved me trips to court appearing on my behalf when I wasn't needed. I felt like they should have charged me a lot more than they did. Best lawyers in the state if you want my opinion.
The partners that I have dealt with have been very professional and friendly. They have taken the time to learn our business so they can effectively advise and defend us. So far we are pleased with the service they have provided.

Mr. Davenport and the paralegals at that Broderick & Davenport firm have been amazing! Their retainer was a little higher than average but was well worth it! They far exceeded my expectations and are the most competent and hard-working group I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for someone that can win your case, get these guys to go to bat for you! Very expensive and misleading. Condescending. Once you use them the over-priced bills will keep coming. Our legal problems that were supposedly resolved tears ago reared up again! This time initially $150 then another $800 and then today received another bill for $423. They sent one of the partners for simple court date and charged "partner rate" of $275/hour. They overcharge and don't seem to care that they do. Stay away!

I know that all of us get very discouraged with the state of customer service these days, but working with Christy and Ashley was a great experience.
