I was surprised that she answered the phone and not an assistant. She took time to listen to my situation and even though she couldn't take my case she referred me to another attorney that can hopefully help me. She seems to be an honest person and very passionate about her work.

Although i was greatful that she answered on a sunday, i was not only disappointed that she was inwilling to answer a yes or no question that i had about my upcoming hearing. I have almost no time to make a decision before i need to appear and sign the official agreement but only need to know if it is within my rights to change my mind or not with my current release circumstances. She just wanted me off the phone so fast she didnt even wait for me to say goodbye and have a nivmce weekend.
