Great lawyers!!! They did a great job on my case and talked me through the whole thing. They treated me like an actual person, with feelings and fears and were able to explain everything for me so I felt more comfortable and like I had some control over what was happening. I talked with Daniel and Rebecca after an incident that I feared would lead to litigation. I found it most helpful that they discussed many possible outcomes, to avoid the element of surprise. I had an issue with a Mortgage company who had just bought my Mortgage, they had raised my payment without my knowledge and caused a late fee which was put on my credit report. I had been trying to dispute the late fee and wasn't getting any satisfaction. I was referred by a friend to Hurst & Hurst. I met with Rebecca and she took all my info and promptly contacted the Mortgage company. She was calm and persistent and very much more effective than I ever could with this company. Two hours later they agreed to send letters to the 3 credit bureaus and confirmed the action with an event number. Rebecca and Daniel Hurst are very professional and I will use them again!
