I Had a consultation with them and The attorney barely even let me speak in my consultation which was offensive. Id like to had shared my side of the story and what got me to where I am. I just didnt like that so I ended up finding a more local attorney. Paid a little more but he was genuine and down to earth ans actually showed respect to the situation.

Lawyers were great but the office staff and management is terrible! I decided not to go through with my case for bankruptcy. I came by the office twice to collect all the documentation they had from me. A woman there told me both times that someone else in the office had it and they would call me when it was all put together and ready for me to pick up. No one ever called me. A few months later I actually moved to TN and called them. I gave them my new address and asked if they could mail my stuff since my car title that I needed was in there. I never received it. When I called back, the office lady I talked to said she mailed it. So I asked if she could tell me what the new address she had for me was to make sure it wasn’t written down wrong. SHE THREW MY ADDRESS AWAY. I’ve worked behind a desk in an office almost my entire life. For the life of me, I cannot understand why a business would keep a file on me, and when I update important information like my mailing address, they would throw that information away. It’s very clear that the title was sent to the wrong address. So now, because of the irrresponsibility of this office, not only does someone else have very sensitive documentation that only I should have, but also I have to pay for a duplicate copy of my title. Complete unprofessionalism and disorganization!

They will successfully help you with your bankruptcy. But once it's over don't expect much from them. I had a creditor that continued to attempt collection after my bankruptcy was discharged. I repeatedly attempted to get A.S.K. to resolve the matter but after they got my money, my needs no longer became a priority to them. They want me to drive to the creditor (its somewhat local) pickup copies of bills, etc. I thought I paid A.S.K. so that I wouldn't have to deal with creditors. They let me down.

Of the three partners of the firm John Simms handled my bankruptcy. I was impressed by the staff's professionalism, knowledge, willingness to answer questions, making sure I understood the process, and paperwork they needed to help me file. They were able to add humor to my situation and make me feel better about the situation I was in, at a badly needed time. They got the creditors off my back and helped with items that shouldn't have been on my credit score in regards to being cleared by the bankruptcy. Also thought the bankruptcy fee was quite reasonable for the all the work they had to do, to prepare my bankruptcy, help in court, and communicate with lots of creditor emails and calls, even well beyond the time of the bankruptcy's filing.

They were absolutely great, and very professional. I would refer to anybody and everyone.
