Attorneys were very snobby. They believe and act like they are better than the clients, as if the client works for them. They seem to forget they work for the clients.

Called for help on a claim where I was being sued by an at fault driver (not really sure how they get away with that when it was THEIR fault?), after several phone calls to a "Sonya," her admin, Jennifer answered the phone the 4th time I called said, "she's walking by to get on her phone again and said to tell you that we can't help you." I'm sorry, WHAT?! I haven't even spoken with this woman, what does she mean she can't help me!? I found this approach to be very unprofessional and disappointing at a time when I feel so lost and unsure of what to do. I hadn't even spoken to this Sonya person to explain to her what my case was or what I needed help with? If you're looking for some Kentucky courage, I'd go look elsewhere.

Just got hung up on by one of the main lawyers who told me he couldn't help me with a slip and fall case. I was trying to ask questions, and he just hung up on me mid sentence super professional. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere!

Are these people actual attorneys? When I finally got a return call back, 90% of my questions regarding my potential case couldn’t be answered. And these were BASIC questions that any amateur attorney should know. I was completely dumbfounded and speechless with both attorneys that I spoke with. Did any of these so called attorneys actually pass the bar exam?
