Not only is Anne a very good attorney, she is a better person. She cares as much, and maybe more, about people as she does the law. It seems to me she knows the law and how it can be used to serve everyone’s best interests.

Excellent!!!! After some awful experiences, I found Anne. She's been nothing short of wonderful. I recommend her to everyone I know. Not only is she an excellent attorney, she doesn't run up attorney fees. I actually feel like everything I'm billed I owe. I look at the amount I'm charged in regards to the amount of time and the task she completed and it's not some inflated time she's reporting to rack up the bill. I also never feel judged and know that she's 100% ready to fight for me, which I haven't felt with any other family attorney. You seldom read such a well rounded review - she's awesome at advocating for her clients and doesn't overbill. It doesn't get better than that!

I lost my case and I would still recommend anyone who has a child custody case to use Ann. I know it's hard to believe anyone when they say that they lost due to a political reason, however when your case takes place in the county where the other people have deep business and political ties you can't expect everything to be 'fair'. Being a guy I feel that most men go into custody cases in KY with a disadvantage but Ann did a terrific job of leveling the playing field. We had an overwhelming amount of evidence to prove that our side was more involved in the child's life and that we were more interested in the child's overall well being. Ann destroyed the other side on cross examination and managed to have sustained objections to most of the other sides testimony that stopped them in their tracks. Without giving specifics that would identify our case I can say that we should have won and we had everything on our side. The judge praised everything we presented and throughout his decision. We were truly shocked when he awarded the majority of time to the other side. Ann thinks the only thing that would have influenced his decision was work schedules, I think differently myself but have to be content that the ruling is in and now have to adjust. Ann did magnificent work and if you can retain her you need to. My only complaint is that we lost but I honestly cannot place that on her. She was fierce during the trial and terrific building up to it.
