Coming from a private physicians group with docs in four different states I was tasked with overseeing the recruitment and credentialing of a newly graduated physician resident on a J1 waiver. I sought counsel from Shannon on getting our doc through the entire immigration process. This was my first go at it and I wouldn't have known where to start had she not been so accessible and thorough throughout the entire process.

The physician was hired in Ohio, which was out of Shannon's realm of expertise (temporarily...). She worked diligently to educate herself for her clients to advise and assist through what was otherwise foreign territory.
