Let me tell you about my experience with Matt Troutman. My husband was in a bad car accident. First, Matt drove about 4 hours to meet with me and my husband. He did that several times.
I was terrified and confused. Matt relieved as much of the burden as he could by dealing with the insurance companies, Medicare, and the hospitals.
He spoke to me in simple terms and he would keep explaining until he knew that I understood what was going on. He was never impatient with my many questions and he was so understanding. Every time that I contacted him with a question he got back to me within 24 hours. I often asked him the same question repeatedly and each time he patiently explained things again.
He took special care to make sure that I had nothing to worry about other than my husband's health.
Matt also got the settlement much sooner than I expected.
