In April 2018 I was involved in a car accident here in Lexington, Kentucky. My Toyota Rav4 was t-boned at a major intersection, and I was taken to an Hospital Emergency Room.
A Chiropractor we knew and a family member recommded Haley Prevatt to act as my Personal Injury Lawyer.
Haley was excellent from day one to meet with. She is actually the first and only lawyer I have ever worked with, and I was impressed by her down-to-earth manner but still highly professional persona.
She did explain that this case would take some time, and kept me informed throughout the whole process mostly by email but also with personal phone calls.
At times she would request further information from myself, especially updates from my medical appointments.
Haley contacted me in March 2019 that she had been offered a settlement amount, and was going back to renegotiate.
Throughout the process Haley was quite tenacious with all the companies involved and quite informative with myself.
She did indeed get an increased settlement, and even got me a great deal on my insurance lien.
Overall, I really don't recommend getting into a car accident, but so glad that Haley was there for me.

On November 19th 2015 I sprained my ankle in a neglected hole at a gas station. I suffered a fall resulting in the fracture of my two front teeth as well as a fracture to the bone that holds them in. My teeth punctured through my top lip, requiring me to undergo plastic surgery.

I was given Haley Prevatt’s contact information through a friend who was very pleased with her work. I didn’t hesitate to give Haley a call to discuss my situation. After speaking over the phone she scheduled a meeting with me a few days later. I felt like she treated me more as a family member or close family friend throughout the process, rather than a legal client. She worked closely with me on my case, returning my e-mails right away and she even answered my phone calls on the weekends. Haley goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is also very fair and didn’t charge me extra for printing paper, in contrast to lawyers I’ve read about on numerous websites from client feedback.
