This attorney fought to resolve a long ongoing divorce that was being held up. He literally saved my life. If I could thank him a million times I would. Thank you Mr. Mike Moloney.

Mike is my mother’s attorney & has been for years! As I have taken her to him down through the years, he is always factual. He never has exhibited a bedside manner. However,?I am extremely upset & perplexed w/ him today! I have been trying to get in touch w/ him 4 business days this week w/out success! The phone numbers on his letterhead of 11/11/19 state he has moved his offices home. There is no home address on line or on the letterhead to be able to get in touch. When you call the number on the letterhead, you need a code (which he never gave my mother) so there is no way to get in touch w/ him!! I understand he is aging and ill. There is NO excuse for a client of 30 years to not be able to get in touch by phone or by mail to handle their own business!! I will NOT stop until I am able to handle these legal matters for my mother! Any help w/ an address or direct phone number would be GREATLY appreciated!! Pamela Allen Ellison

I worked for this attorney in 2009 as his legal assistant for about 2 weeks. His regular paralegal/assistance was on vacation. I am a certified paralegal who has worked several contract assignments in Lexington. I usually enjoy working contract assignments because it affords the opportunity to meet new attorneys that practice different types of law. I am accustomed to adjusting to different personalities, and I usually find it stimulating to meet new attorneys who work in hi-stress environments. My 2 weeks in this office was nothing short of Hell!!! Rude, belligerent, surly, cranky, obnoxious, etc. In short, this guy is a curmudgeon!!! Look, I know attorneys are under a lot of stress, especially attorneys that practice criminal defense, tort, or marriage dissolution. I GET IT!!! You're old, you don't feel well, you're lonely, you've got more hair in your nose and ears than on top of your head, blah, blah, blah...His business partner, Cecil Dunn was a gem!! Professional, polite, respectful. Attorney Dunn even asked me if I wanted to stay permanent, but I explained to him that I would not be able to work for an attorney who is suffering from dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's. Mad Man Maloney would lose files, then walk into my office and accuse me of losing the file!!! GET THE NET!!! I actually watched the man have a melt down after he lost a file. He SCREAMED and KICKED the side of a file cabinet for 5 minutes!!! I spoke to a Lexington judge who told me this guy is waaayyyy past retirement. I'm sure his family would tell you, "Oh, you just don't understand Mike. He's all bark, and no bite." I'm sure he was probably a US veteran who served his country. I actually worked with a woman years later that told me she thought he was very helpful to her with her divorce case? Just not someone you'd want to come to a kid's birthday party dressed as clown.

Mike Maloney is a terrible attorney. Does not care about his clients, should retire. Do not use this attorney......it would be a waste of your time and money.
