The office staff are very busy. Some may be off put by the frankness and demands of the staff to the client. But, I can assure you that it is for the clients' best interest regarding their case. Mrs. Arnett, the office manager, is a true blessing, as she shows so much compassion for each client she speaks to; she is a woman of God, and for me, this makes all the difference!

I was extremely pleased with Grover and his staff. They were detailed and very good with communicating progress with the case. Grover traveld to Florence AL for my hearing. We met the day before for hearing prep, which lasted well over an hour and he made sure I felt good about the details and had all my questions answered.

I was referred to Grover by my father who was represented by him through Portsmouth plumber’s and pipe fitters union. He bends over backwards for them. Know that if he has a case for one of them he will take their case over yours if your court date is the same day. I thought I was being represented by Grover for my court date. Instead I get Heath, his associate. I didn’t know I was getting Heath until I met him on my court date. Heath had only been doing disability law for 1 week. When we were up against the judge he did not defend me well at all. I felt alone in the court room. Needless to say he lost my case. Don’t listen to Grover and his 98 percent approval rate when he has associates that definitely don’t have that approval rating. Three years down the drain and I now have even more health issues. Thanks Grover.
