I am currently in the middle of my bankruptcy and had my car picked up the day I filed because I was not given my case number. So I didn’t even know it had been filed til I called in and was told I SHOULD have received an email. I was going to surrender my car but was not prepared to have it picked up the same day I filed. So here I am 3 weeks without a Vehicle and unable to get one because I am in the middle of a bankruptcy so I have since decided I want to reaffirm my car loan and it’s been three days since I’ve decided that and spent all day Monday trying to get ahold of Christina by phone and email then on Tuesday couldn’t reach anyone so had my mom call to see if they were even open and they picked up for her. Weird! No one is even acting like they care or trying to help me get my car back because they have vehicles so I am no longer a concenrn since I’ve given my money after I’ve done EVERYTHING but file the case myself which I could have done for a lot cheaper than $1600. Just tried calling again and no answer of course. Thanks for doing the bare minimum!!!
