Mr. Fabus is an excellent attorney. I used him for my parenting plan modification and the court hearing that followed. He is very knowledgeable, hard working, straightforward, and honest. He holds no punches and will tell you if you are wrong. He will also tell you what the courts will and will not do. One word of advice, don't use him if you only want a yes lawyer. You pay him for him advice and representation and that is what you get!

This is not a lawyer who is just after fees and notoriety. He was more than half the price as others for my case. There is only so much that can be done if you are guilty! I was! He got me the min for what I was guilty of and further assisted me after the case!!!! I could not have asked for more.

Hired him to represent my daughter during a custody case. He did not do what she asked him to do.
