They kept me informed of what I needed for court and court went smoothly! My Lawyer Miles was great, we had a great hearing! The only issue I had was that a very important file from my military background was needed and they didn’t tell until a couple weeks out from my court date.

My Lawyer called and she was very helpful in explaining a lot of my concerns. They do the very best in wanting to help people. In my opinion, they really have a compassion for their clients! Thank you, Yvonne. You are a true warrior in helping people like me.

I am very happy with the service I was provided, they stayed in touch with me calling every couple of months to check on me and to let me and to let me know what was going on in my case. It is a long process to get your disability but with Jan Dills help it is worth the fight, it's nice to have a lawyer that cares about the people she is helping and go that extra mile to help you.

Been a client for a year and a half. Only spoken with an attorney once, when I decided to terminate representation. She talked me into staying. However, over the year and half, I have been juggled between veterans claims managers with little to no knowledge of my claims. When asked about the strength or weaknesses of my claims, they will not give a direct answer. A claims file review was conducted to strengthen my claims, and to find new claims (supposedly). I was called and informed what I needed for existing claims, but didn't find new ones (I found new ones on my own). Was told by a claims manager, after they spoke with an attorney I did not need supporting documentation. After about 3-4 weeks, I get a call saying I do need supporting documentation. After I dont have the money to pay the medical Bill's for it. Calling them, only leads to a trip to voicemail. Emailing them, and your not certain who your speaking with. They may be great in the courtroom, I am not sure, but they seem to leave veterans hanging in the wind. Too many clients will probably lead to this kind of disconnect.. Your admitted lack of resources, to deal with the caseload of veterans is evident, as questions and concerns go unanswered. However, I would assume that the understanding and patience that is requested of veterans is not reciprocated when it comes to the 20% veterans are required to pay for winnings, regardless of the quality of service given. I could have, and should have used a VSO, or VA Claims Insider to help me with my initial claims. Since posting this review, an attorney attempted to contact me. This was over a week ago. Imagine hiring a lawfirm that will get 20% of any back pay you are entitled to for doing nothing, but filing a claim for you. Further imagine that everytime you send an email with a legal question, a different person with no knowledge of your claim, and ignorant of any legal information whatsoever will attempt to satisfy your questions with, "I am on the fence about that", or I will ask an attorney..The info given, will probably change, as it did with my case. I was told 6 months ago, when I threatened to fire them, that they were short case managers. 6 months later, and more disinformation given to me, they are saying the same thing. If you are a veteran, steer clear of this lawfirm. They do not care about veterans. I have fired them 2 weeks ago, and still have not recieved my bill.

Lawyers, can't live with them, can't live without them. Receptionist is hateful as heck. I hope their kids are born naked.

Jan Dils office was very kind to me. They told me what to do and what to send in to them. I was nerves at first because my first attorney did absolutely nothing. I wish I would have known you all when I first applied for my disability 2012 but glad I was referred to your firm by a friend. Thanks for being so professional with my case.

I was recommended by a friend. I only had to meet them once in person and everything else was short calls on the phone. They did all the real work. When I showed up at my hearing, my lawyer was so prepared with my medical information and my case. She did most of the talking for me. This was a very painless service and they made it easy for me. I can't reccomend them highly enough.

I worked with Ms Dils on my VA and Disability Claims. Her staff treated me so well. They kept me up to date on my case and let me know what was going on all the time. I had Ms Vamoose as a lawyer for my va claim. She was so friendly. I tell all my buds to go to Jan Dils.

This firm won my case and received the money cap of $6,000.00. Sounds great right? Wrong! They send me another bill saying I owe $122.39 for retrieving medical records. Records that I already had in my possession. They never asked for these records so I did not think to send them. They nickel and dime people and this one is on a fixed in come. They will NOT receive any referrals from me since they will not own up to their mistake!
