I cannot say enough good things about Jesse Campbell and his case manager Constance Gray. They went above and beyond to help us! We were in a car wreck and unable to drive or get around so we couldn’t get to their office so they came to us They were very friendly and professional, with our best interest being the most important. They were always available for questions or concerns we had and kept us updated on our case regularly. By the end of our case we felt like we were part of their family. To say that I am "Thankful", "Appreciative" or "Grateful" for Robert Bates & Tony Seaton is an ABSOLUTE UNDERSTATEMENT! They explained to me from the very beginning that this would be a slow process...but have you ever heard the saying "slow & steady wins the race" ? They are incredibly thorough with the details of your case! They put in a lot of time and effort to make sure you are ready, your case is where it needs to be before you even take one step into that court room!

We started working on my personal injury case back in 2015 & we were finally able to to reach the court room and put all this behind us. I had Tony (well, one of his associates) represent me in 1993 and I was thoroughly displeased with the process and impersonal treatment. I have now been involved in another separate incident and I used the online chat line to tell me of my needs and I was abruptly cut off and told that I could not be helped, thank you, goodbye. Again, very impersonal. This is only MY experience but I needed to be treated in both cases as the person who was injured, not just another number.

Tony Seaton was a complete waste of time. They sat on my case for a year. Three days before my hearing I was told things wouldn't go favorably for me and that I should just drop it. What I don't understand is why that wasn't established sooner so I could move on or do something else about it. 0/10 would never do again.

I can’ t say enough about Tony Seaton’s Law Firm and his Staff. My girlfriend and I were in terrible motorcycle accident in which we were hit head on by a lady who failed to yield the right of way. The physical injuries were bad enough to deal with not to mention the mental stress of the medical bills pouring in even though we were both had health insurance through our employers. One of our providers refused to pay outstanding bills once they found out there was a third party that was liable. All of the staff were always professional, informative and caring. They worked through all of the issues, which were many, and we were extremely pleased with the outcome. They handled all of our financial liabilities and we were also compensated for our pain and suffering. Bottom line is we could not have done it without them. If you are in an accident and injured, you need a team like this behind you.

I enlisted Tony Seaton and staff to assist with my Social Security Disability Benefits in the spring of 2014. Tony's staff is very efficient communicating by phone, emails and letters from all concerned including me.
Three weeks prior to my disability hearing my attorney representative reviewed my file with me and prepared me for my hearing. My hearing was last week and my Attorney Don Ferguson asked all the right questions presented to the judge reflecting my disability demonstrating honesty, integrity and empathy. No, the judge did not render his decision at the hearing however without attorney representation it would have been difficult for me to present my case. I do feel confident there will be a positive outcome and my case will be favorable. Thank you Tony, Solange, Don, Erica, Lacy and all the office staff.
