David Eddie is the worst lawyer ever!!! He talks a big talk but when he gets your money he does nothing to defend you. He showed up for court all three times totally unprepared and at the end of the custody case after I lost, he hung his head in shame because he knew he did me a disservice. Hint hint David, if your greedy ass don't have time to take someone's case don't let greed get the best of you !!!!!!! all he wanted was the money and after he got the money he did nothing to defend me I felt like he was on the other side, I would have been better off defending myself.Horrible lawyer!!!!!! Don't use David Eddy or you will be very sorry!!!!!!! I wound up getting custody a couple of years later without a lawyer, my ex should have never got custody in the first place!

I had David as a lawyer and he did an outstanding job I was dismissed from the Diversion program and the C A tried to give me a year over talking to my dad at work who was dying from cancer and David worked hard and I only got 90 days and was able to spend time with my father before he passed away not only is Dave a great lawyer but a great person. God answered my prayers thank you Dave and I have also turned my life around.

David is licensed in Tn & Va & both David & Nikki are nice. BUT he's not cheap

If you're a criminal and sell drugs and in jail and want to get custody away from a great mom - come here! I was owed many many YEARs of back child support from my drug addicted ex... Eddy and his client managed to coach my daughter, get disability while in a jail cell... in the end... my daughter was hurt. Way to go, he's the type of lawyer- you got money - hes got ur case... regardless of morals and ethics.
