He refused to take a case without hearing all information regarding the case was kinda a jerk on the phone didn't even offer a consultation for me to come in to provide evidence to show for my case just kept trying to pin me off on another lawyer kept stammering and stuttering saying um um um uh uh uh

The attorney's appearance lacks professionalism. Seems as if he does not want to commit to hearing or acting on concerns of possible clients.
