If Mr. Derrick is on your side, you've got it pretty darn good. But if your just a beneficiary, he's not completely honest. Atleast in my opinion.

I've worked with Rick & Michelle Derrico on many occasions. They have assisted me with legal matters related to a rental property I own, with real estate contract issues my clients have confronted, and with Homeowner Association issues, where I'm the treasurer. He generally has a good rapport with clients, fellow lawyers and judges who comprise the 23rd Judicial District. He gets the job done efficiently and with good humor.

They prospect for clients by data mining court records and then send an advertisement for their services. I received one and Name was wrong, as well as no arrests etc in my household. They are not very good at seeking customers so they probably are not very good at defense work either.
