I would give Angi zero stars, but I can't. If you're going for a GAL that actually listens to you and the child/children involved in your custody case, request someone else. She took nothing said to her seriously and was more worried about what was "fair" to the parents than what was best for the kids. Luckily the judge (two actually) saw the truth for what I was and didn't listen to her. I'm sure she makes a FANTASTIC defense attorney and truthfully, I'd probably hire her for that. But don't expect much from her as a GAL. She will force "recommendations" with the threat of an emergency pre-trial to make you do what she thinks is "best". She will pretend to listen and then do exactly the opposite of what she said (there's ample proof of this in writing). I can go on and on, but the bottom line is simple. Defense attorney=absolutely, GAL=absolutely not.
