I'm very thankful Tommy was the only lawyer to return the phone call. He's very talented and the staff is awesome to work with. For those reviewers that aren't satisfied, it could be because he knows the system inside and out and tells it like it is. I feel we are in very good hands with this law office.

I could not be happier with the decision to hire Mr. Weidner. Obviously, each case is unique and outcomes are decided by a variety of factors, but in my experience the result was much better than anything that could have been expected.

He called his client by the wrong name. He doesn't do any homework on the case and seemed scared of the prosecutor. He rates below a 1...Terrible lawyer.

I have read the posts below, and I had a much different experience, and have a hard time believing what was written below.

I’m not from Virginia but travel there on occasion for business. I was sited for going 82 in a 70, and come to find out that’s considered a reckless operation which is a M1 crime. I hired Mr. Weidner to defend my case and he did an EXCELLENT JOB! Mr. Weidner and his staff were always available to answer questions and assist me through the process, and were very pleasant to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting Mr. Weidner if you find yourself in my shoes.

I would rate no star if given an option. Gave Mr. Weiner $ 3500 to request bond on an assault and battery charge, he did not visit me in jail prior to either 2 bond hearings so of course he had no information to present to the residing judge..who himself talked to me like he had just set up another white supremacist March on the valley. The only communication I personally had with Mr Weiner since arrest was right before court..where the judge talked him up as if they were father and son. Mr. Weidners lack of professionalism and knowledge about the charge is also why I was given a $25,000 bond. Mr Weiner also expressed that he did not owe me any refund even though I called his office over a month ago to express my intention on firing him and obtaining different counsel because of the reasons I stated above. I can only conclude that im not about to stop here for I have other legal options to exercise in my quest to obtain an adequate refund. Don't waste your time or money on this law office. They are on the Court's payroll.

If you want to hire an unprofessional liar, this is your guy! This attorney was absolutely horrible. The best decision I made was to fire him. Once I consulted other attorneys, they all agreed that I made a mistake by hiring this guy who apparently has a terrible reputation among other attorneys in the area. Luckily, I hired a more reputable attorney that got a great outcome for my case - unlike what I was told would happen by Thomas Weidner. He lied about numerous things even after I fired him and charged me for services that he didn't actually do just simply to make some easy money. Disgusting practices.

At first I had real bad emotions regarding the outcome of my case, after being represented by Mr. Weidner again, I see that he is an caring and wonderfull attorney. I will recommend him to everyone I know that may need an attorney.
