Very rude office workers!, different pay schedule and they dont care to work with you!! Even for q collection agency this is trash

I understand this is a collection agency with a job to do. However, they will not usually answer phone calls even if you are trying to get a situation resolved. Once you do reach them they are very rude and threatening. I was also given misinformation and lied to regarding the legality of a collection tactic they tried to use on me. An overall terrible place.

Nobody EVER answers the phone and when, excuse me, IF you get a call back they're nasty for nothing. Just sad.

It shouldn't matter what end of the situation a person is on it doesn't give you the right to treat people the way you do. There's NO reason to be nasty to people.
And you STILL need to answer the damn phone

Good luck reaching someone by phone. I finally got thru after many failed attempts. Just trying to pay towards my collection debt. Bad things happen to good people all the time. I understand that this company has a job to do, but you don’t have to be rude and condescending. Especially, when I am paying!

I have never been in a situation like this before in my life, so I did have a ton of questions. they did not want to give me anything in writing or payment receipt at this time not too sure why, if we had worked out a payment arrangement and both agreed. They aren’t comfortable with putting it in writing because it was too late and my receipt would be on my bank statement. They also stated they would mail a continuance letter for a later court date since I upheld my end of the deal. Also, said if I paid again before the next court date it would be dismissed and no judgement against me. He then stated he understood my questions & concerns.

Please learn from me! Do not fall on hard times ever in life, you will regret it! (Sarcastically speaking) Sell a kidney on the black market, rob a bank, or sell your soul.. do not get behind or have a debt in collections, because you will be forced into a situation that is hard to get out of! that’s what going thru this horrible process with this company feels like AT Christmas. I hope no one else has to experience this. Would not wish it on my worst enemy! And it’s weird people are scared of “thugs” and “hoodlums” on the streets robbing you at gun point, but that is exactly what this feels like!

Moral to the story, just don’t owe anyone ANYTHING & ALWAYS pay whoever on time!!! I have truly learned my lesson! Wish I could give 0 stars 1 star is too much!!!

Office is rude. I was trying to call to get a balance to pay off and she was so rude and disrespectful.
