Dana was focused, assertive and driven. He made the most stressful time in our lives much easier! He was very patient in answering all of our many questions and made sure we didn’t worry about things that wouldn’t affect our case. I don’t envy anyone who appears against him and I highly recommend him for any and all legal needs!

Dana is a slime ball and a snake. He represents everything that is wrong with our judicial system. Our court case was extremely one-sided. The circuit court in Staunton Viginia is dirty and unfair.

If i could had mark zero stars i would have I have tried reaching him several times with no return phone calls at all. Then day of court i have never been so humiliated in my whole entire life the way mr. Comier talk to me in the hallway of the court in front of everyone it was totally totally uncalled for had 2 people come to me sitting in courtroom and apoligize for the way he talk to me cause they were sitting out there and heard him. I asked the judge for another attorney and the judge appointed me another attorney i dnt recommend this.attorney at all.

Attorney Dana Cormier represented our son. He was arrested while passing through the area. We live over six hours away so we knew nothing of the area. We goggled attorneys and started making calls on a Friday afternoon without much success in reaching anyone. We left numerous messages. Attorney Cormier stopped into his office on Sunday afternoon, received our message and called us. We spent some time researching attorneys on line and then retained his services. He immediately went to visit our son and went above and beyond in helping us with this legal matter. Attorney Comier was both professional and knowledgeable. He kept us informed and answered my endless questions throughout the process. A reasonable set fee was charged. Even after Attorney Cormier had fulfilled the contract he still answered any questions and helped if needed. We were very fortunate to have retained his services.

Dana made what would have otherwise been a very stressful situation smooth. He was focused on the task at hand and I know he had everything under control. What a relief! He doesn’t waste your time and he kept me from wasting my own time and money as well. I would absolutely hire him in the future and have recommended him to my friends.

If I could leave negative stars I would! This is my experience with Mr. Cormier- I retained him for a misdemeanor assault and battery charge. Our day in court he was completely unprepared. There was a 911 tape for evidence of the commonwealth and after he learned of this he had the nerve to ask ME what I thought was on the tape?!? Seriously?? Long story short he lost my case terribly and Mr. Cormier and I had some argument through email which I sent one email blowing off some steam that he forwarded directly to the prosecuter of the case. By Mr. Cormier doing so he landed me 3 weeks in jail with no bond. So much for attorney/client privilege?? Since then he has been reported to the bar for review and hopefully he will be punished for this. DO NOT RETAIN THIS ATTORNEY!! He thinks he is better then everyone and even the other local attorneys and prosecutors don't care for him at all!

I emailed this company for help on 9-5-17. It's now 8-9-17. I still have not heard from anyone.

Tried calling to just get some general information, and the women who answered was very rude and wouldn't help.
