They do not care about people at all. They talk to you like you’re nothing. I had a terrible experience with both Sue and the Managing Attorney Susan Proctor. Both were rude and not helpful and spoke to me as if I were uneducated. They can’t understand that servers/bartenders make below minimum wage hourly and DO NOT HAVE A SET INCOME!
