If I could make this zero stars I would. Please message if you want full details of how my father's estate, almost 4 years after his death still 1) has not had his tax returns filed and 2) $180,000 in retirement funds were collected by PLDR AFTER my father's death and they still have not been repaid to Social Security or the Department of Defense. And what does Mr. Dawson say about my inquiry? He keeps saying I'm a stranger to my father and his estate. Absolutely the worst law firm if you are honest.
In response to owner's reply: The facts: Mr. Feinman of PLDR not only wrote the will knowing my father was under under duress and undue influence, he wrote himself in as Executor, for 4 years in the administration of the estate he has knowingly violated federal law related to collecting retirement benefits after my father's death and now Mr. Dawson represents Mr. Feinman and tries to cover up their own wrongdoing. An honest Executor would be interested in the truth and searching to fulfill my father's wishes. But not PLDR. They dislike me because I have exposed their wrongdoing.

I work with this group every day. They are knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate. I am proud to say that I am employed by such a wonderful company. They do everything in their power for their clients. In my opinion, you won't find a better group of lawyers anywhere!

Chad Mooney was recommended to me by The Legal Aid Society of Lynchburg. I presented him with an unusual and complicated question from someone we are serving in our non-profit organization. Chad researched and resolved the issue promptly. He did this as a favor to someone who did not have the means to hire counsel. The person we support was greatly relieved! I have the highest regard for Chad's responsiveness and integrity and would highly recommend him to others.
