Scott Livengood is the WORST lawyer and so unprofessional! I had a case with him a while ago and he did NOTHING. He was SO RUDE THE ENTIRE TIME!!!!! DON'T EVER GO HERE! I work in the legal system now and I am WARNING about this place STAY AWAY. They will.steal your money!!

One of these attorneys was court appointed to represent my minor daughters in a paternity case. I have begged, pleaded, cried trying to get this case finished. Their father died and the case still isnt ressolved. In past few months, I can't even get a return phone call. The case is now more than 2 years old. The clients, 12 year old children deserved legal representation and a little time.
I am a military member who has moved frequently and have had to use 5 family law attorneys over the years. Mr Livengood is by far the best experience I've had. His staff was able to promptly schedule an appointment, he was very attentive to the details of my case and handled the proceedings in an efficient manner saving me $1000s!
More so, Mr Livengood as gone above and beyond making himself available to answer my questions long after the matter was closed adding clarity to the details of my parenting plan. This has help me avoid going by to court once again saving me countless dollars.
I have recommended him to several friend needing prompt, effective resolutions to their family law cases. Hire this Attorney!!!
