Emily is great!

I worked with Emily to secure custody and a divorce. Emily was fantastic. She is smart, patient, and supportive. She had a backbone when I didn’t to help me when I was emotional, scared, and confused.
Even when I doubted, she made the right move every single time.
She didn’t rush me (we also had delays which I think is common in these lives we live) which allowed things to unfold in perfect timing to benefit me.
She is a bulldog when she needs to be, while at the same time incredibly professional. She outmaneuvered the other party at every turn.
I am very fortunate to have had her on my side.

Emily took a good chunk of money and showed me no defense. In one year of divorce hearings I took the stand for less than 10 minutes. I requested police officers and doctors be subpoenaed which was never done. She, (Emily) advised other family members to be present on different occasions. They travelled as far as from Florida and were never called to take the stand. There was proof of domestic abuse for years before the divorce which she was made aware of but never brought that to court. I was married 20 years and walked away with nothing thanks to my wonderful attorney who didn't show up on my court dates because of her mother's stroke or other family reasons. I'm not cold to family values but obviously she cared less about what was going on in my life than what was going on in hers. She's not worthy to be an attorney of divorce. 20 years of a life I spent with a man I was devoted to that when he was done using me through me out like trash and after paying her about 10,000.00. Had nothing left to fight with. I'm now broke, angry and disgusted. Not to mention she requested 2500.00 needed to pay a expertise business assessor (since my ex and I had our own business) needed to be paid and after paying it to her never even went to Mr. Grachian. The assessor she requested she had found for cheap took more than two months to be found again???? Seriously?? So wish I never heard of her name, maybe then my new life could have started out at least fairly.
