I been trying to get him to fight my case and for my rights. And they wouldn't help me. He didn't even show up at my last court date. I had to represent myself in front of the judge. While I'm fighting for my kid's.

I retained him back in April, right after my son was born. I went and talked to him and paid him. For months, I never heard anything. I kept calling and kept getting a voicemail. I kept emailing and didn't receive an email back. When someone finally answered, they told me he was busy and he would call me back the next day. Finally, in August I got sick of it and asked for a refund. STILL didn't hear anything back. I had to keep calling from different numbers to get someone to answer the phone. I would call from my number, no answer. IMMEDIATELY call from another, and they would answer. I emailed him and told him in August, I would be there at a certain time and date to pick up my refund. I did get my money back, however, I was handed the papers he was suppose to submit to Botetourt Court, and was told to submit it myself. He never did it at all. NOT to mention, the papers were incorrect. I called him multiple times with updates. This was for custody of my newborn. I ended up getting screwed on the child support end because I waited so long for him to do something. I would NOT recommend him to ANYONE.
