Please review what I wrote first before choosing this company. What happened to the review wrote by Lora Katz last year happens exactly in my case too. I choose it because my agent recommended, but it was really really bad! No communication, wrong closing disclosure, really messed up the deal! Will never never go to this company forever in my life!

They actually gave their seller the wrong paperwork to sign for a power of attorney delaying my closing by about a week. Also, they were poor communicators during the whole process and my side of the closing could not get any information....until the truth came out that they messed up the sale!
