Doesn't even deserve 1 star.paid Perkins $1000 and he did absolutely nothing for me then wouldn't send papers and told me to come to Rockingham county and get them myself- and I live out of state! Beware!!! Do not hire for lawyer.very unprofessional!! Did not do any research in my case or anything.wish I would have read all the reviews before hiring him.beware beware beware

If you get a Speeding Ticket these are your guys, 100%. Cheapest & reassuring. Everyone else I called wanted $100's of dollars more and wanted me to take some stupid driving class, which I'm sure costs $$$ also. I hope I wont need them again..... but if I do, I'll know who to call first. Thank Mr. Perkins (Reading people's posts on this firm makes me believe that their competitors are pissed off and are writing bad reviews on these guys, nothing that I've read relates to anything that this firm acted like. Put it this way, I paid $100 for them to take care of my speeding ticket. Others wanted double and one said $350 before court cost and driving school.....please)

I have never had to use him personally but paid him for a family member. We paid him very good money and then never heard another word from him. They tried to contact him for nearly 5 months. His associate answered the phone once because apparently we pressed the wrong button and the associate cussed us out for calling his line instead of Ross's. When the court date came up (fyi it was just a minor wreck/ticket for at fault he was supposed to handle, which he over charged massively for) Anyways when case came up he had to request time to retain a different lawyer and explained that Ross had not been reachable. Ross lied in the court room and said we were vulgar with his colleague and that was the reason he hasn't contracted back and was dropping my family member as a client.
First of all we just hung up when his colleague answered the phone and cussed us out. Second .. months before this incident and he hadn't contacted us then either.
He is the worst lawyer in town. He is a crook and will get over you in every way possible. I don't understand to this day how he gets any business.
Much better lawyers all around.

My fiancé licenses are suspended because ROSS did not go to court and he is rude and dosent care enough to take care of it after he has already been paid in full. Refuses to return phone calls. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MAN DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY. what he does has to be illegal and I intend to find out.
