Attorney Adam Hall, walked me thru closing and kept me posted until deed was recorded. Very knowledgeable.

We hired Adam Hall as our real estate attorney. He wound up finding a judgement against the seller. After that it got crazy. The seller did their part on their end, but for some reason Adam drug his feet and kept making excuses for not getting everything together. At one point he said he felt we were all trying to get over on him....accusing us of being fraudulent. I believe that he just didnt want to do what it took to bring us to close. We wound up wasting over 2 weeks ( which put us in a hotel which costed us alot of extra money). And he was still making excuses for not getting it done. We wound up having to pay him AND go somewhere else. We took it to Bennett and West and they did it in less than a day. ALOT OF WASTED TIME AND ALOT OF WASTED MONEY FOR NO REASON. Very incompetent. Very disappointing.
