They are TERRIBLE at follow up after the fact. It also took EIGHTEEN months. They lost their copies of provided documents on a number of occassions. They still will not give a clear answer on an account as to whether or not it was included and discharged. The office staff is friendly, but that's it.
TERRIBLE service! I do NOT recommend at all!
