I hired Preston for a child custody case and not only did he work with my finances he won my case. He didn't sit back in that court room he was up on his feet every second fighting for my child. I'm very glad we picked him.

This is a horrible lawyer. He will milk you for thousands and thousands of dollars for little to no work done. He will add hours of work done up and it will change monthly. I have never seen any lawyer do business like this man. He is not worth a penny. He came to a child visitation/custody court date and was far from being prepared, he didn't even have my children's name written down on anything he had with him nor did he remember them or any questions that he should ask them. On top of all this, hasn't sent a bill which was only for a balance of $1,500 out of over $10,000, never a phone call, then tried and get a judgement for the balance in court.

Preston has handled several matters for me over the years and has always been completely upfront about everything. I've learned to trust him with whatever I give him to do. Preston is the type of person that will tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear.

If you hire Preston, make sure you have $5-$10k available in savings, and don't let him know you have it, otherwise he'll figure out a way to get it. If you hire him for bankruptcy, be wary because he won't even wait a month before he files with the court to garnishes your wages.

Do not hire this lawyer. I gave him a $1000 retainer fee. The last time I met with him I thought I was working under the same retainer fee. At the end of the meeting he said "I need a retainer fee of $2000". I told him I couldn't afford that and that we'd have to part ways. I then received a bill for $500 for firing him. He literally charged me 25% of what it would have cost me to hire in order to fire him. That's like going to a car dealership looking at a $20,000 car and then having the dealership charge you $5,000 because you couldn't buy it. And then he issued a summons for me to appear in court because I couldn't afford his firing fee. He will arbitrarily change his fees and give you bills with no description whatsoever. This lawyer is a sham and you will regret it if you hire him. There are so many good lawyers in the area, do not go with this one. There's a reason this guy isn't part of a firm: he isn't interested in SOPs, policies, or group ethics. He well charge you arbitrarily and then take you to court if you can't pay his arbitrary fees.
