THIS IS THE WORST ATTORNEY TO HIRE!!!! YOU PAY TO GO TO JAIL!!

Melissa NEVER gave me any consultation, I have NEVER spoke to Melissa herself, the secretary is absolutely negligent, haven’t answered any phone calls throughout the case(for over 3 months). I wasn’t be able to contact her via phone number or email. The court assigned Capias for Failure To appear to my name since I’ve never received the information WHERE AND WHAT TIME I have to show up for my COURT.

Also, her secretary mentioned that my case is dismissed (3-4 days prior court date), even though she wasn’t aware of anything concerning my case (her name is Krista). After receiving a warrant I have finally reached out to their office (I had to spam them with emails and calls FOR OVER A WEEK). Krista kept repeating “Melissa just gave birth so she is busy with newborn, and I wasn’t in the office for 2-3 weeks, she will give you a call tomorrow” She kept on trying to feed me with “tomorrows”, blame me for miscommunication and missed court. I’VE PAID YOU TO REPRESENT ME NOT TO LIE. As I sent a complaint to VA bar, all of a sudden Melissa contacs me 3 times...BUT it was my turn to ignore, she left meaningless voicemails to cover herself up, little did she know it was TOO LATE, that should tell you something.

She also refused to talk to my brother “...we have nothing to discuss, turn yourself in...” this was a part of voicemail and email PRIOR TO COMPLAIN TO VA BAR!!!!

Mrs Danjczek, is very caring nonjudgemental really cares for people.

I have recently used Ms. Danjczek for an ASAP violation. She is a great lawyer, kind, caring with solid lega council. Wherever you find yourself after Ms. Danjczek's representation you can rest assured it is the best possible outcome.

An elite attorney who is very professional and really cares about the client. Her services are worth every penny.

Do not hire this lawyer. I had to file a Virginia State Bar complaint against her, and she is currently under investigation. She never answers phone calls, voicemails, or e-mails, and is extremely unprofessional. I was told by Ms. Danjczek that my case would be thrown out because the officer violated my 4th Amendment rights. However, less than a month before my court date, she set up a meeting where she proceeded to tell me that the officer was changing his testimony, and I needed to take a plea bargain or risk two years in jail. She is involved in some underhanded deals that are entirely self-serving. The client comes second and her own personal motives and agenda come first. Please, do not become another one of her victims. She stole 12K dollars from me for a single felony DUI charge, and by following her advice I went from only having one felony charge to two. She gets one star because I can not give her no stars.

Melissa was phenomenal as my attorney. The only mistakes regarding my case were made by me. She does not judge her clients and works on cases assigned to her as a public defender just as hard as she does on cases where she is hired privately. She knows which judge she wants to have hear each case and has excellent relationships with Commonwealth Attorneys. I highly recommend her.
