Never open or available when they say they are. A month ago they couldn’t use credit cards then a month later I find out when they threaten to garnish when I’m trying to work with them and out of town. I can’t wait to pay this debt off.

I wish I could have had this lady recorded. Calling to pay a judgement from years ago to only be laughed at and ridiculed. Mallard Cove Apartments in Chesterfield Va is the absolute worst place to live, they WILL charge you fees and things you DO NOT owe and you WILL NOT find out until at least 5 years later when lawyer fees have more than doubled what you "owe" them. Then you're sent to pay this law firm and are greeted by an absolute horrid woman. Definitely a wolf in sheeps clothing, very friendly at first and then once you are ready to pay more than half of the amount she laughs and ridicules you. This is the most absurd phone call I have ever been on. She is definitely going on my prayer list, this poor angry woman.
