I got caught on I-95 around Emporia, VA in a construction zone. Since I had gone through numerous zones with the speed of 55 miles per hour as posted, I went back to the normal speed limit when I thought I was out of the Construction. The last one I missed and before I knew it and could hit the brake, a policeman was on my tail. He was courteous and so was I, but I did get a speeding ticket. I contracted with Livingston and Walsh to go to court on my behalf since I live in another state. They did a fine job and got the ticket reduced to equipment malfunction. Their fee was reasonable. The bottom line was that I had a clean driving record and I still do with no points. Thank you.

Do not use Jennifer Walsh, she is extremely unprofessional, lies and is biased. She will lie for one parent and then charge the other parent more money then the parent she liked, likely it’s because she’s racist. Has anyone field a misconduct for the bar, she needs to lose her license

I hired this law office to fight a speeding ticket that I received in March for doing 83 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. My court date was for April 26th and was continued due to me not providing them with a copy of my driving record. Well here it is May 24th and my speeding ticket was reduced to FAULTY EQUIPMENT!!! I had received 2 speeding tickets prior already with in a 12 month period and had already voluntarily went to driving school for employment reasons in September of last year AND STILL THEY WERE ABLE TO GET MY TICKET REDUCED!!! AMAZING JOB!!!

My Daughter received a reckless driving charge after her car hydroplaned and was totaled. Within a month I had received several offers, in the mail, for representation so I called a few to get a feel for the process. Not only was the price very affordable at Livingston and Walsh, it didn't take long to realize their philosophy was similar to mine and I felt very comfortable. We discussed a couple of strategies and possible outcomes and they took it from there. In our case, they didn't feel my daughter needed to appear in court (she works in NOVA) so we decided to take their advice. After her case was presented, the judge found my daughter not guilty of all charges. My court date was today and I walked out with a "Not Guilty plea" and the case was dismissed, It was my first time hiring a lawyer in my defense regarding traffic court. I hire them for a Fail to Yield ticket.. My lawyer was Eric Livingston, I appreciate his work ethic and how passionate he is about his job. I would highly recommend them.

Kimberly Williams will lie to your face and treat you like a moron. They tried to get me to pay for documents that the courts freely produce. Hiring these people is a mistake.

DO NOT HIRE. I paid Jennifer Walsh to fight my speeding ticket. I was driving 30 miles over the speed limit, so the police officer could have given me a reckless driving ticket, but he only gave me a speeding ticket. I paid Jennifer $129 to fight this speeding ticket. I have a perfectly clean driving record, and I am new to the area, and I was driving on a road where the speed fluctuates. Additionally, I was willing to take a of driving course to avoid points on my license or a fine. Jennifer did not use any of that information to create a case for me. Jennifer knocked down my fine of $162 to $122, and I also had to pay $99 in court costs. I PAID HER $129 TO ONLY KNOCK $40 OFF OF MY FINE. What a waste of money!!! Additionally, Kimberly Williams was unpleasant to speak with throughout the entire hiring process, and she hung up on me when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the services I received. Hiring Jennifer Walsh was the biggest waste of money. I would have been better off representing myself.

Do NOT hire these people! Look out for yourself and your wallet. I got a DUI and no chemical evidence was against me. I freely said I had a party and had drinks until 4 in the morning, and I'm on medication for panic attacks and OCD. The encounter with police happened at 4:00 in the afternoon. Mr. Livingston couldn't even get that straight. He said I had claimed it had been 18 hours. At no time did I say that. Where on earth he got 18 hours, I don't know. He had two months to met me and review the case and I never once saw him until the court date. I have since hired an attorney working for me. I wasted two months with this law firm. They don't even deserve one star.

Got reckless driving for 84/70 in brunswick county, VA with 1 ticket in past 5 years. Got it reduced to an infraction.

I would NOT recommend having Livingston and Walsh, PLLC (Location: 6650 Commons Drive, Suite A Prince George, VA 23875) represent you for anything. They have no interigerty and will tell you anything just to get your money. I received a ticket in the county of Isle of Wight and received a letter in the mail from Livingston and Walsh offering to take my case. I spoke with Kimberly Williams and she told me that she could guarantee that if I didn't receive more than five speeding tickets within the last five years she could have my ticket reduce to a less charge. She also said based off my driving record I sent her the judge would most likely drop the ticket. Everything she said was a big lie. I was better off just paying for my ticket upfront and not even hiring William Wash because the business did do anything but take my money. The on top of what I paid William Wash I was sentenced to pay 108.00 and court fines of 65.00. I will never use a law firm to represent me again. This company has put a bad taste in my mouth. If you receive a letter in the mail from William Walsh your best bet is to throw it in the trash and represent yourself.
