I was not impressed with my experience using Emroch and Kilduff. My attorney I used was definitely not as prepared as the defendant's attorney. I used them for an accident-injury case and in my opinion my attorney did not represent me well. Also, there were months when I was not counseled and it would have helped if my attorney could have given me guidance on medical providers that I need to continue to seek during the case. During the final testimony when my attorney said final remarks they were not as strong and convincing as the defendant's attorney. The defendant's attorney was able to argue and demonstrate why I should not be awarded a specific amount of money for my injuries. My case is now closed but I sometimes wonder if another attorney or law firm could have made a more convincing argument about my accident considering my physical ailments from the accident were ongoing and still an issue.

Very pushy. From the front staff to the lawyers themselves, we felt like a number being shoved along the conveyor belt. Even after we called and told them REPEATEDLY that we had gone with another firm,we got calls and mail that were vaguely threatening,suggesting that our case would be thrown out if we didn't sign up with them. Less knowledgeable clients might have been scared into signing with them. A very shady way of doing business. These ate the lawyers that give lawyers a bad name. Can't speak to their effectiveness, given that we didn't hire them, but their entire process at the start just gave us the willies. Never going back

No one, that I know, wants to deal with whatever headache that brought you to a situation where you need a lawyer, but nonetheless you need one. There's only one choice really. they won't take you're case if they can't make any money. they put their needs first and then the clients second. Chris Spinelli took my case. i asked him what the statue of limitation is in Virginia, he responded with "we will no longer represent you" i guess i wasn't allowed to ask questions. they look for stupid clients who don't ask any questions! oh and then they had the audacity to bill 500 dollars for copies and printed papers.

I called to verify a patient of ours at TPTI was being represented and Andrea, the receptionist I believe, was extremely rude. Huffing and puffing the whole time during our convo, threw me on hold in the middle of talking, then hung up on me while I was in the middle of saying thank you. Hard to believe someone like this even has a job still.
