He was only interested in getting more money from me in the form of attorneys fees and suggested I file bankruptcy because the hospital bills were coming next (which they aren't because I am paying them piece meal). I did, in fact, contact the suing law firm and they reduced my debt from $1800 to $1200, and with one phone call to my ex, I was able to pay off the debt and reimburse him with my tax refund. I got a speeding ticket that I believe was cited to me by mistake. They even charge me with reckless driving! I had to appear in a court of law based on the citation requirement. I contacted several attorneys and at last I contacted the troop law. Mr. Paige Mizell was the person that I talked to after contacting several attorneys in the area I felt pretty comfortable with him . He told me that he’s going to take Care of it and he’s going to try to dismiss the ticket without any complications and that’s what he did. Ultimately I had to take a driving class online plus to pay the court fee in till the end result is what I was really looking forward to it. Once more I want to thank Mr. Paige Mizell for all the wonderful work that he did and he literally deserves a five star support and feedback. I highly commend him to whoever is looking for a wonderful honest and hard-working attorney who’s going to protect you and fulfill what he has promised and he has planned for.

The best group of lawyers you can ask for. They took my case and was super professional and crazy fast and they made sure you understood everything and ALWAYS got back to u if they missed your call.

I am currently going through a high-conflict divorce/custody. I retained Mr. Amonett to handle a criminal matter and it was efficiently handled and later dropped as he predicited. A few years ago, I was laid off. The only bills I could manage to pay were vital household bills (phone, utilities, food, etc.) and, not only did all other bills have to go unpaid but, due to me not being able to secure employment with income closely comparable to what I had, I eventually lost my house. Fast forward to 2019, I am close to the income I once had but all of those unpaid bills came back to haunt me. I was getting more and more collection notices and started being garnished. Feeling bankruptcy was necessary, a Google search led me to Attorney Throop's and I was immediately put at ease with the initial phone call. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful, caring, and worked hard to handle my case. They all made the process very smooth and kept me informed each step of the way. I opted for the available payment plan, mainly because I didn't have to come out of pocket upfront and because each payment is reported to the credit bureaus…so my credit was already being rebuilt before my case was even discharged! There is an intense and thorough debt counseling course that is given that gives you needed tools to help prevent being in a financial bind in the future. Attorney Throop is the best! The most laid back, informative, down to earth attorney I have ever met. He even had items removed that most insist are impossible. I definitely recommend his firm and would use him again, God willing I won't have to.

I was working with Throop Law and I had a tragic death happen in my family to deal with. I emailed my lawyer Stephen to let him know what happen and I would move forward with my case at a latter time. After calling and calling and emailing him he calls me and says he is dropping my case because I failed to contact him. I called this firm this morning, looking for guidance on how to handle a potential lawsuit following an automobile accident. The individual, I believe his name was Ray, advised me the firm did handle such cases, and asked me for more information. Once I gave him some additional details, he put me on hold before telling me no one would be able to help me, I should just call my insurance company. I explained that I was indeed working with my insurer, however I was interested in personally retaining legal counsel. Ray then told me "Look, we can't help you. Goodbye" before abruptly hanging up the telephone. I work in finance directly with a wonderful group of corporate attorneys and, being used to a high degree of professionalism from their counsel, I was astounded to receive this type of rude, dismissive behavior. Beware.

Update in response to the below: I urge you to listen to the phone call if you have not already done so. The individual I spoke to placed me on hold to confer with an attorney, then came back and told me to speak to my insurer. I explained that I had done so and that my insurer is willing to provide counsel should I need it but that I was looking to retain counsel (at least a consult) personally, and was just wondering if your firm would handle that type of case. At no point did the individual say anything like "Oh I understand, we simply cannot accept the case" or "Unfortunately, we don't handle these types of cases". Rather, the individual stated "Look ma'am, I'm just telling you what the attorney told me". I was confused: was it that the firm did not do consults, was this the wrong type of firm, etc. When I asked for his name, he then hung up as stated above. I have no interest and nothing to gain in wasting my time by writing a false review, the experience was as noted. There was an opportunity for better communication from your employee; these situations can be handled wither with grace or defensiveness, and it says a lot which avenue is chosen.
