Absolutely horrible service! Extremely disorganized! Does not work for the client or communicate with the client! Attorney (Susan Andrews) does not return phone calls or emails. She completes tasks in the last hour that things are due and then doesn't have you look at what she sends off before she sends it off. Her communication is so bad you aren't even sure if she is aware of deadlines for you so you have to call the office to micromanage to make sure she is doing anything for your case. Attorney does not answer simple legal advice because she does not communicate with the client. She is not aggressive at all in a divorce. She only responds to the opposing side but does not take time to send any questions to the opposing side. Mrs. Andrews appears to be a good attorney upon an initial interview but after being hired she immediately ran away with the money and had barely any client interaction. She basically took the money and took a nap. I wound run as far away as possible from this practice! Find an attorney who has time for you and one who will work for you! She did not follow through with anything that I requested! She is basically a thief who stole thousands of dollars and believe me, she does not care about you or your case! The office can't even properly send full documents!

Very poor communication tried to get them to call me back for over 2 weeks. Called at least 6 times and was told they would call me back and never did. Went in for my first consult and everything was fine but after I paid the $250 fee they took the money and ran with it. I wpuld high recommend you take your business to some who cares.
