My experience was wonderful the workers at JSF are caring, compassionate and concern about their clients. Ok They were very thorough gathering information and collecting necessary forms needed. This is not an overnight process so patience is a must. I loved how they provided me with a monthly update on my case. They made is easy to reach out through phone and email. Always called to make an appointment to discuss things with your attorney. I'm happy I chose JSF to represent me I have used they in a past case and referred them to family. Very polite and helpful representative . Still no response back but I am being patient since the last call was just a week from today.
