I have been using Gail for several years now for my custody case. I had used several different lawyers in the past and was always disappointed. Gail has been an invaluable asset to me throughout the years. She has helped me secure child support and custody and visitation of my child. When I ran into a situation with my child's father that endangered my child's safety, Gail was resourceful and tenacious. With Gail's guidance, legal expertise, and continued support, I was able to prove the safety issue in court and protect my child from his father.
When a few "obstacles" presented themselves and I thought my child's safety might be endangered again, Gail was able to pull through and together we drafted up a modification to the custody order that ensured the father adhere to strict guidelines that successfully maintained the safety of my child. If it weren't for her suggestions in overcoming those previous obstacles, my child would still be in the unsupervised care of his father, I would still feel helpless to do anything about it, and I would still be stressing myself out worrying about my child's safety every time he was with his father.
