These people are a joke....called to speak with someone about my issue, and kept be put on hold and sent to voice mail. There message machine doesn't last more than a minute so you really can't leave a detailed message. Called more than 20 times and finally picked up (keep in mind this was during their office hours and not lunch time) when someone finally did answer I was upset but, Gail said whatever 3xs....hopefully this shows people that they are ridiculous!!!

This lady named Gale is the stupidest person I ever meet. She is rude and a waste of time. She needs to removed for this line of business. She said whatever about 7 times on the phone and it took three people calling for them to pick up . The worst place ever SHUT THEM DOWN! . We will see you in court gale . Ps. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Ticketed for tinted windows on a vehicle that’s not mine and did not know had illegal rear window tint. Called the office over and over to NEVER get a call back. Gave them information to use on my behalf in court just to find out it was never presented so I was found guilty and ticketed. The office staff will blame you for their clear incompetence because they can’t adequately fill out a file. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MILITARY MEMBERS UNABLE TO GO TO COURT. Shame on you!

They gave me the feeling they don't like blacks and I believe they are cons I have tried to contact the owner for years for what I believe was intentional actions that cost me my driving privileges .paid my fines of in 2012 it didn't get reported until 2017 after I luckily found my receipts the clerk said they didn't turn the money in .the way I realized something fishy was up the when the girl who I paid my money to in thier office was afraid of me when I seen her I don't even no her why would she be afraid .I was working near high school she was walking and immediately went opposite way .that's what made me check to make sure it was paid and found out it was not tried to talk to d.A to have investigation done

They helped me with a speeding ticket. I am out of state. Robin was extremely helpful and polite. She always was quick to reply to my emails. I received copies of everything in a timely manor. Couldn't have been happier.

I read other reviews concerning debt collection that is handled by this office. I am no expert but I do know that if you owe a debt to someone that provided you with goods or services and this debt has made its way to an attorneys office then you haven’t made any attempt to pay the debt that YOU owe. Giving a poor review of a business because you owe a debt that you ignored is shameful.

I had a payment arrangement for a scholarship I had that fell through. I had to pay it back due to not continuing my education with a certain institution and that meant dealing with Newsome. No paper trail as far as payments made other than bank statments. Word to the wise make payments separately or they will consider it a lone payment plus principle to further perpetuate your debt to them. You wait on hold or you are pushed into the abyss that is Gales VM. It is pulling teeth trying to do the right thing. I've left countless VMs, called excessively in a day (outside lunch hours) to make payments to no avail. They practice and make their money by avoiding you making payment, breaking and wearing you down. Con artistry at its finest, I spent money that as a student I don't have, to save my credit and wash my hands of the slime balls. Yeah, apparently the word is out about Gale... she is not very personable. I'm glad to be free of them.
