Gave me wrong date for court hearing so ended up sitting and waiting at court for nothing then when I went back for the real court date NOBODY showed up!!! I basically represented my self. It was a disaster and very embarrassing.Wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.

I am sitting here listening to 92.1 with Christian "Big Al" Simpson talking about getting paperwork in for their accident by Nov 1st to get cases settled by the end of the year. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SETTLEMENT FOR MY CASE. IT'S BEEN SITTING IN "NEGOTIATION" SINCE MARCH 2018. IT IS NOW NOVEMBER. He does not return calls. I had to call and remind him of my case!!! He thought he was caught up. This was in September. And guess what?? I reached out to him about a week ago... No response! If your case is not a big case, it is NOT a priority. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY. Not at all. How is he promoting his firm when he can barely keep up with his current load????

Sold my info to telemakers, would not recommend.

He advertise that all you have to do is call I called three weeks ago and I have not heard from him yet. That's not standing up to your advertisement to this false advertising I would not recommend him.

Im not sure if he is a good attorney or not. I called back in April, he said his assistant would get my info. She did call but I wasnt able 2 pick up. I called back left message, called back, left another message 4 her And never got a return call.

No interest in case at all told me to contact the insurance firm myself and settle, I guess you have to be damn near dead for him to take on your case.

So far my experience with this firm has been positive. Mr. Simpson and his staff return calls and answers all my questions..........

This dude is a joke I called him to see if we could seek reimbursement for total loss of vehicle or at least assistance and advice he did not express the lease amount of concern for our issue or a sympathetic ear nor professional courtesy is at least what I was expecting based on the ads you hear about him instead he was actually quite rude I guess if it is not a profitable case to fill his pockets then he will be of no assistance to you don't believe the advertisements you hear about him they are far from true seems like just another con-artist Liar I mean Lawyer
