I have used their services a number of times over the last 20 years by way of a legal services plan that gives you affordable access to top quality attorneys around the U S. & Canada! They are on point and I highly recommend this firm!

Im not happy with the customer service. Your paying just for people telling ypu basic information instead of putting themselves in your shoes. Then on top of that they don't promote their own legal services for the customer to retain their services. Its lije a brush off. I'm also an Associate and I've had people that want to sign up but if Im not happy with the services I'm getting rgete is no way I would sign others up for this type of dissatisfied outcomes. Smh Im VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SERVICE. ITS REALLY CHANGED FOR THE WORST

Amazing place to work

I requested assistance with several cases and the lawyer explained that I should write my own demand letter. On another case I was told that I would probably win but would not receive the monetary reward . I requested legal advice AND was given information up to a point because the attorney didnt want to provide so much information because they weren't my representative . I was refused representation . I spoke several times WITH Attorneys and paid for letters to be sent to an opposing party and did so until the statute of limitations ran out WITH OUT legal representation. Some of the attorneys are patronizing.

I thought Legal Shield was the telephone service and this was a law firm, well, they confirmed to me today in email they will not be able to work with the schedule of my two jobs, that they are a "telephone service." I've literally never heard a Law Firm refer to themselves like this.... I'm very displeased that I have so much going on in my life as it is, and this service I'm paying for was suppose to help me when I'm in need. Not require me to participate and basically lead the way in the investigation or actions required to complete simple tasks and obligations. I've used law firms before and the process was completely painless, minus the fact I payed an arm and a leg. Had I known that Legal Shield offered such a good price simply because you'll get "what you pay for" not what they offer you, then I would have just saved my money in the first place. Who are they kidding here, you're either a law firm or a telephone service, in either case you must be falsely advertising to be the opposite. Long story short, go spend your money where it will pay you back in the satisfaction on knowing they will do the work you require while you do the very important part of getting on with your life so you can afford to even pay for a real lawyer. #Facts

They do not disclose all correct info in packets they sell to employers - paying a monthly premium for nothing cancel membership- they wait for the day you need to go to court and they will not show up on your behalf.

Their services are good. But it really depends on who you get. The ones who pickup the phone it's hit or miss. Same goes for the attorney. Had a few good experiances but also had a few bad ones. But I would give them 3 out of 5. A meh ok rating.

My name is Jonathyn Bland. I have decided to go in another direction for representation on a case I previously inquired about. I don’t think Framme Law is the right fit for me on this matter. The lack of direct access/availability to a lawyer was a bit troubling for a case so serious. I also just didn’t hear the confidence, concern, or reassurance I was looking for to continue. Poor service. Have had a serious legal matter for the past few days. When I call to speak to a legal expert, no one is ever available. They say they’ll call you when one is available. They don’t. At this stage I may be better off just hiring an attorney elsewhere.

They actually are polite and there staff of lawyers are effective.

I left legal shield because of their poor service. I needed legal support and had to call several times to get a response towards the end of my legal matter. The attorney then confirmed, he was calling my former employer to reach me. So crazy, never again.....I will seek an attorney office on my own in the future....you get what you pay for.....

$200 Consultation fee when other law firms give FREE consultation. I am willing to pay for an attorney obviously but a charge for a consultation is just a nickle and dime scheme. No thank you. They did contact me within a few hours of reaching out to them online. That is the only reason they did not receive a one star.

I'm doing my best to hang in there with Framme Law Firm. So far, I really feel like I am getting the run around from this firm...not a good feeling when you are up against a legal deadline. I hope I am not wasting my money.....Time will tell....and I will update my review accordingly.

I had the worse experience with this company after paying for membership for many years- When I needed them , I had such a hard time to ge help and attorney referral from them - what a waste of money !! go somewhere else if you have a choice.

Worst experience ever!
You will never be able to call your lawyer directly you will have to call the main line and ask for a call back from your lawyer.
Took over one week for me to finally get in touch with a lawyer.
It made my traumatic experience worst.
Please contact another law firm, if you want quick results this law firm is not for you.
