Mr. Donahue exudes confidence, competence, compassion and charisma. In his element, the courtroom, he does not just sit quietly like the other attorneys, he moves around, bending ears, gleaning information, prodding the prosecutor, all for the benefit of his client. In my traffic case he inundated the judge with legal challenges to the citation that resulted in the judge spending nearly thirty minutes trying to sort them out. The result: the case was DISMISSED! Mr. Donahue seemed to be as happy as I was at the outcome. Mr. Donahue should be on the North Carolina Supreme Court!
