I spoke with a few attorneys before deciding to retain Mrs.Collins for my case. She was very thorough and ensured that I was notified throughout the entire case. Worst communcation

Mr. Collins was great, he was super professional and punctual. I showed up super early for my case and he was already there chillin! He reassured me about my situation and had me very confident walking into the court room believing my case would be dismissed. Best Christmas gift ever. Thanks Mr. Collins.

When I got my first big speeding ticket, I reached out to the Collins Law Firm for help. I found Hollie Collins to be incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. She answered all of my questions completely and took extra time to explain the entire process. She even gave me lots of great advice on ways I could work towards lessening the charge before my court date. Her guidance and professional court room demeanor led to my ticket being dismissed. Even though it was just a speeding ticket, it was obvious that she not only put in the work, but also took the time to care about me and my case. If you are looking for a trustworthy law office that you will be comfortable with AFTER you pay them their fees keep moving. Attorney was called DURING business hours and did NOT respond to the phone call. AFTER business hours attorney was emailed and texted and no reply was given due to it being outside of business hours. However the next day no response was made, which was the same day as the court and we were worried about not meeting the requirements he requested for court. After a phone call from him per my request he stated, He has family and he didn’t understands why him not responding matter if the results from the court were finalized.

IT MATTERS BECAUSE A CLIENT IS WORRIED ABOUT THEIR CASE & THEY ARE WORRIED ABOUT WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN AT COURT. IT MATTERS BECAUSE THE CLIENT PAID FOR REPRESENTATION AND EASE OF MIND IN REGARDS TO COURT. IT MATTERS BECAUSE COMMUNICATION IS KEY.

I understand this family runs a business and there are business hours and what may not be “important” to him, is important to the client even if the response rolls over to the following business date.

I fully believe everyone’s outcome will be, regardless of who is in court. However the attitude you present to a client and the disrespect of leaving a client worried about their case is only a matter of ones personal character.

For this reason I give Attorney Collins a 1 Star and if I could I would give it a NEGATIVE STAR review .

Well maintained building with polite staff; held the door open on way in and out. Paid for a top tier attorney at a reasonable price. Attorney Collins was able to have my ticket reduced from reckless driving to defective equipment.

I originally communicated with Mr. Collins and even though I felt that he overcharged me, he was not rude. I had one conversation with him when I called and secured my daughter’s speeding ticket with him. We live in North Carolina, so going to court wasn’t very convenient . I paid him the money in December and 1 day before the case in January, his wife called me to let me know that I have 10 minutes to send a copy of the driving records to her otherwise the case would would not go before the judge. She said that she was leaving the the office in 10 minutes and that she was not coming back.

The way she spoke to me was unbearable disrespect. When I spoke she hung up the phone in my ears! Needless to say I sent the driving records. I did not hear from the law office for two weeks after the case and then I got a report of the findings of the case via email. Two weeks!!! No phone call, just an email. Such rudeness and impersonal communication unbecoming of a good law firm. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Need real representation? You need Collins. Very affordable and very effective. He’s the best!

The Collins Law Firm was awesome in helping me with my case! Mr. Collins helped me with a very horrible issue I was dealing with. He was able to get my charge dropped. He was great. He walked into that court room and got my charges dropped! It was amazing! He is professional and knowledgeable. And he also worked out payment plans for me. I really appreciate him and what he did for me. He is truly a blessing. He is now the attorney I will chose for anything.

I received a speeding ticket on the way home to MA from FL and quickly found out when I got home that going over 80mph in VA is NOT a good idea. I was facing a misdemeanor charge. For a very reasonable fee, Hollie Collins was able to appear in court on my behalf (saving me a trip back down to VA) and got the charge reduced to defective equipment. Even though we never met face to face, I'm happy I chose her to take care of this for me!

It took a great burden off me for the Collins law firm to handle my case. They made it very easy and convenient. It was my first experience using a lawyer and a firm I would use in the future if needed.

Impossible to get anywhere by contacting the Collins law firm, I attempted phone calls, leaving messages, emails and I can't get any answers. I don't recommend calling them if you desire punctual representation.

I absolutely do not recommend this law firm. I feel like I was pushed into making a decision that wasn't according to the proof I had for the case. Now, I am having an extremely hard time going back trying to fix what was correct from the beginning.

Less expensive than anywhere else and they produce equal results. Highly recommended!
