My experience with Ashton Wray.... This man and his office from day one has been nothing short of a blessing to me. In going through a divorce that was nothing short of a nightmare, my ex set me up with two felony child neglect charges. Her father in law was a Sargent in the Newport News police department who did a good job of making me look guilty of a crime I did not commit. After 3 years and 23 continuances, J Ashton Wray did such a wonderful job of pointing out the facts in the preliminary trial (truth), that it was a breeze to prove the truth. Ashton Wray is the absolute best attorney in the hampton roads!!!! I was facing a 5 year jail sentence and got off with simple restitution, no probation, no jail, nothing. And as long as my restitution is paid in a year, my felony will be reduced to a misdemeanor! He knows his stuff and he will fight for you til the end!!!! I reccomend him to EVERYONE!!!!!!!
