I was hit from behind while sitting at a stoplight . Clearly the other driver was at fault . However the other insurance company kept dragging their feet and trying to minimize the damage that was done and the medical issues that I had after the accident. Never hire these people they lie an discriminate .Ed chocran very argumentive with a client over my settlement.I thought he was good negotiator but unfortunately he is not. Good thing I got out contract very quickly.

Army veteran here used RutterMills and was assigned to lawyer Robert Gillikin. He would never answer important questions I had and always seemed to have an attitude. I’ve been struggling with different ailments for years and wanted to see if this law firm can help me but unfortunately the lawyer I was assigned to didn’t care and accused me of attorney harassment just because I was asking questions regarding my case. As I stated before he dodged important questions regarded my case with the VA (Veteran Affairs) and told me he will no longer help me and will withdrew from my case at the VA leaving me helpless and stranded. I prayed and found a nice lawyer that was there for me and answered all my questions. I don’t believe Robert Gillikin represents the whole firm, I’m pretty sure I just was assigned an uncaring lawyer that was in it for something else.

Rutter Mills took my case six months ago. I cannot speak for all of the lawyers that work for Rutter Mills, but I can speak on the lawyer that I had. I would not recommend my lawyer as she was more help to the defendant then she was to me. I will not write all of the details in my review as it would take several pages but I will give some details. A police officer ran into the back of me while I was sitting at a red light in the city I live in. Somehow, the case was not heard in the city where the accident happened, but in the city where the police officer worked. On the day of the trial, my lawyer claimed she didn’t know he was a police officer until he said it while being questioned during the trial. How is that? She obviously did not do her job and I will not recommend her or this law firm to anyone because I wouldn’t want anyone to receive her services... or lack there of. I will be happy to speak to anyone at the firm. If I could give a rating of less than one, I would.
