Ken Gibson is a terrific attorney. He was my divorce attorney and he patiently walked me through the mind numbingly tedious procedures demanded by law. No one plans on, or enjoys, their divorce. Ken understands this. But through all of my frustration and occasional tirades, he was an absolute professional.
He represented me in court in a truly stellar fashion, and it was obvious that the Judges respected him and his arguments on my behalf. His office staff was truly wonderful and always helpful. They copied and e-mailed endless mountains of documents to the Court and opposing council without ever losing a single page. This cannot be said of opposing council's staff.
Billing; Ken's billing is extremely reasonable. His office sent me an itemized bill every month and they were always happy to discuss it. He could have charged me much, much more for my divorce. But his fees were entirely fair.
Finally, he is prior Military. He understands VA benefits, splitting retirement pay, and Champus/Dental benefits for both parties.
